What is a Live Build Session?

A Live Build Session is a recorded working session where we take a real business use case and:

  • Review your current Monday.com setup
  • Identify what's broken, missing, or limiting
  • Design or improve a specific workflow, board, or integration
  • Explain the thinking behind the design decisions

The session is recorded and published on YouTube and other platforms so that others can learn from a real-world example.

This is not a sales call, a demo, or a generic tutorial.
It's a hands-on system design and implementation session based on your actual business.

Who this is for

This is a good fit if you:

  • Are actively using (or about to use) Monday.com in your business
  • Have a real workflow, CRM, or operational problem you want to improve
  • Are open to having the session recorded and published
  • Want to learn how to design better systems — not just get something "fixed"

This is probably not a fit if you:

  • Are looking for private, off-the-record consulting
  • Want general advice without sharing your setup
  • Are not comfortable being recorded or published

How applications are selected

I personally review every application.

Since I can only run a limited number of sessions, I select submissions based on:

  • Fit for this format (a focused, concrete problem)
  • Clarity of the use case
  • How useful the session would be for others to learn from

Not every application will be selected, but every submission is read and considered.

  • A 2-hour 1:1 working session with me (recorded)
  • Live design and implementation help inside your Monday.com account
  • A walkthrough of the "why" behind the structure, not just the "how"
  • A published video you can reference or share

Duration: Up to 2 hours

Cost: Free

Trade-off: The session is recorded and published.
